David Minor
Chairman of the Board
David is the Chairman of the Board for our
company and is one of the most recognized
individuals in the landscape industry. He
was the founder and CEO of Minor's Landscape
Services, an Inc. 500 award winning company
that he sold in 1998. He is a past president
of the Associated Landscape Contractors of
America (ALCA), a previous winner of the National
Landscape Professional of the Year Award,
and was recognized with the Lifetime Leadership
Award from ALCA. He is a former winner of
the Entrepreneur of Distinction for Tarrant
County and a former member of The Young Presidents
Organization (YPO). He serves on the board
for Diamond H Recognition and Summit Community
Bank. David is currently the William M. Dickey
Entrepreneur in Residence at TCU and the Director
of the Neeley Entrepreneurship Program at
TCU.
Randy Ferrari
Managing Partner
Randy is the Managing Partner of the company.
With over 20 years in the industry, Randy
brings a wealth of experience and knowledge
to the company and is generally recognized
as one of the top operations experts in the
landscape industry nationwide. He was formerly
the Vice President of Operations for Minor's
Landscape Services.
Rick Onstott
Vice President of Sales
& Marketing
Rick is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing
of the company and also a partner in the company.
He brings extensive experience in the Dallas-Fort
Worth landscape management market to this
position. Rick has a Bachelor of Science degree
from Texas A&M University in Landscape
Horticulture and has been recognized as a
young leader in the DFW area. |
