The following individuals are the partners and leaders of The Landscape Partners. In 2003 they joined forces to create the company which has fast become one of the top landscape services companies in Dallas Fort Worth. They bring a combined 70 years of management expertise and experience in the industry.
David is our CEO and has been involved in the landscape services industry for over 30 years. He is a past president of the Associated Landscape Contractors of America (ALCA) and was named the National Landscape Professional of the Year in 1996 by Landscape & Irrigation Magazine. He was awarded the prestigious Lifetime Leadership Award from ALCA as well. His previous company Minors Landscape Services Inc. is a former Inc. 500 award-winning company. David is also a professor of management and the William M. Dickey Entrepreneur in Residence in the M. J. Neeley School of Business at TCU.
Randy is our President and has also been involved in the landscape services industry for over 30 years. He is generally recognized as one of the top landscape operations experts in the country. Through the years Randy's team has produced over 20 national state and local awards for landscape maintenance excellence! He is also the company's Certified Landscape Professional.
Rick is our VP of Sales and Marketing. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in landscape horticulture. Rick is the youngest member of the partnership yet brings more than 10 years of experience to the company. He also serves on the Horticultural Advisory Board for Oklahoma State University and has been recognized nationally for his work on Cook Children's Medical Center.
